Sigh...

Mmmm... Late night posting... Becoming a trend these days I see... It's 0522 and I woke up about an hour ago. Checked and saw msgs left by you... Sorry I wasn't around to respond to them... You know I definitely would if I could... So darned hungry right now, but I don't have the habit of suppering alone. Supper tastes best with company, don't you think?

Work has been tiring today, with all the prep work necessary for Monday's Christmas eve lunch. Expect lots of food and miscellaneous dessert/sweets for Christmas... Last year in Tekong they gave chocolates, fruit cake, carrot cake (the western one, you idiot) with white choc icing, turkey, German sausages etc. Twas' indeed a day you'd choose to eat at the Cookhouse... Wouldn't be the day you'd like to work IN the cookhouse though... Sigh...

For the movie buffs, Warlords is worth watching if you are into violence, though nearing the end the story gets slow, draggy and dry.. Otherwise it's worth watching. As for National Treasure, the storyline is approx the same as the prequel, with this 'Indiana Jone-esque" character going treasure hunting. Only difference is that it's about a different treasure... So if you liked the first one, just watch this one. Average show, but does make you wonder about the secrets the US are keeping. Every nation has their fair share of secrets and coverups... What for? Intellectual advantage over other nations, in my opinion... What a waste of resources and time over keeping secrets the way they are supposed to be...
